Position Summary: This individual supports Client Server Installations of Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) and related Lab Solutions products within an assigned region. Responsibilities include demonstrations, installations, troubleshooting of software and hardware products, and supporting regional employees and customers. The role requires expertise in client server installations, network design, and hardware integration, with significant travel and direct client contact. The primary focus is to be the regional expert for Client Server data processing software, requiring strong knowledge of operating systems and network design, and the ability to analyze network traffic and CDS systems. Job Function(s): Perform application work to effectively position data processing products. Education and/or Experience: - Proficient in operating independently and within a team. - Strong software, hardware, and networking skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Bachelors degree in Science or Computer Science with at least 5 years of related experience, and strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software, hardware, and network issues efficiently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
