As an
Entry Level Client Service Associate
, you’ll support the planning and execution of community outreach campaigns. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for clients, help coordinate on-the-ground events, and ensure that each initiative delivers real, measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients—respond to inquiries, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to plan and execute public outreach strategies that meet campaign objectives.
Assist with community engagement activities, including event setup, logistics coordination, and onsite support.
Monitor campaign performance and gather feedback for ongoing optimization.
Work cross-functionally with marketing and outreach teams to ensure seamless execution.
Maintain a proactive, solutions-oriented approach in all aspects of client service and campaign management.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Team-oriented mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in nonprofit work, social impact, or community involvement.
Previous experience in
