Client Service Representative - VCA Southeast Portland Animal Hospital
VCA Southeast Portland Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced and personable Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team.

We're looking for a dependable, compassionate, and highly professional "service extraordinaire" to help us deliver an outstanding experience to every client who walks through our doors.
Why We Need You
As the first point of contact for clients, the CSR sets the tone for our hospital. You will help foster lasting relationships by providing empathetic, clear, and confident communication to pet owners. You'll be a key member of our team, working closely with our medical and support staff to keep things running smoothly.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Providing warm, professional client service in person and over the phone
Guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms with kindness and efficiency
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Making outbound calls for follow-ups and new client outreach
Presenting and explaining treatment plans and fees
Processing payments and invoices accurately
Assisting clients with product recommendations, prescription requests, and general care guidance (e.g., flea/tick prevention, house training, nutrition)
Maintaining accurate medical records and correspondence
Supporting general hospital upkeep (including pet waste removal) and ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming
Performing other duties as assigned or requested to support hospital operations
