Position Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Executive Level Business experience: Ability to navigate and manage C-suite level communications and presentations with little or no support. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and drive revenue growth. Project Management: Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client success. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Creation of Use Cases: Ability to create and publish unique benefit producing use cases and case studies back to the industry. Experience & Skills: Required Experience and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Program management and deep domain experience in revenue cycle management preferred. Experience: Minimum of [8-10] years of experience in client management, business development, Program consultant, department head or a related role. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation $200k Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
