The Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Nampa, located at the corner of I-84 and Garrity Boulevard, offers state-of-the-art, best-in-class healthcare to residents of Canyon County. This 100-bed hospital that spans more than 240,000 square feet, features a complete diagnostic center, 6-suite surgical operating theatre, pre/post-operative holding and recovery rooms, 10-bed short stay observation unit, spacious and private patient rooms, and an 18-bed intensive care unit. As a Clinical Resource Manager you will provide concurrent assistance and support to physicians and other clinical members of the health care team in coordinating the delivery of services for a select group of patients. You will also help achieve quality clinical and cost outcomes, incorporate real-time contacts with medical staff, hospital personnel, and outside organizations to establish specific treatment, cost, and transition targets and, facilitate transition planning.
General Requirements include:
- Colleague must have an RN license, as defined by their primary work state (Idaho or Oregon), issued prior to hire date.
- BSN required
- 3-5 years of varied hospital clinical experience required.
- Experience in case management, home health, and/or insurance industry preferred.
