Job Summary Work with our cross-disciplinary team to automate the migration of customer applications to our cross-cloud hosting infrastructure. Implement automation for ongoing monitoring of customer environments, internal applications, and infrastructure to create a highly reliable and resilient system. Demonstrate leadership and ownership within the team. Essential Functions Run production infrastructure, ensuring site and application availability within SLAs. Enhance documentation to explain the rationale behind processes. Influence automation solutions within the Infrastructure Department to reduce workload. Implement infrastructure as code and automation across all infrastructure. Plan infrastructure growth for scalability and new applications. Improve system availability and performance through monitoring insights. Collaborate with development, engineering, and architecture teams to enhance product reliability. Proactively address security and compliance requirements. Operate and maintain container platforms and CI/CD pipelines. Provide emergency response as needed, including on-call duties. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 3-5 years of relevant experience in SRE, DevOps, Net Ops, or related roles. Preferred: 5+ years in Net Ops, SRE, AWS, Kubernetes. Must-have skills: Automation, AWS Cloud Infrastructure, CDK, DevOps, Net Ops, Python, SRE. Additional Information Salary ranges vary based on experience and market.
