Role Overview: Were seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our Marketing and Distribution team. This role is pivotal in turning complex datasets into actionable insights to improve investor targeting, campaign performance, and capital distribution outcomes. Youll collaborate with Marketing and Analyst teams to analyze performance across outreach channels, optimize segmentation strategies, and support real-time decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Track and monitor performance of LinkedIn campaigns. Analyze email and LinkedIn campaign metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Build and maintain performance reports for internal stakeholders. Create dashboards and reporting tools to track distribution metrics (e.g., opens, clicks, replies, conversions, capital commitments). Partner with sales and marketing teams to recommend and implement campaign optimizations. Support deal marketing efforts by analyzing investor behavior, segmenting lists, and monitoring investor funnel progression. Support data integrity and workflow improvements within our CRM (Salesforce) system. Help define and track KPIs across investor outreach, business development, and marketing funnels. Contribute to data enrichment, segmentation, and categorization efforts to improve targeting. Provide distribution team with regular insights on high-performing investor segments, geography trends, and platform performance. Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and automate reporting processes. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Data Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or marketing analytics role. Proficient in Excel, R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Expertise in Salesforce. Familiarity with email and LinkedIn marketing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Why Join Us?
