Position OverviewWe're seeking a self-motivated, mechanically inclined individual with a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a successful, team-oriented manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone who brings fastener-related shop experience and is eager to expand their skills. You don't need to be an expert in every area - we're willing to invest in the right person who shows accountability, potential, and drive.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate production equipment including:Cold Heading machinesParts Forming machinesThread Rolling machinesVibratory Bowl FeedersTool-Room ExperienceSet up and change tooling on fastener machinery (as capable)Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machinesRead and interpret part prints and tooling blueprintsUse calipers, gauges, and other precision measurement toolsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspacePrioritize and manage multiple tasks when neededPerform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periodsWork collaboratively in a team-based environmentPreferred Skills & ExperienceNot all are required, but the more the better!Cold Heading and Thread Rolling machine experienceMechanical aptitude and fabrication abilityExperience operating forklifts (certification a plus)Strong organizational habitsAbility to think critically and troubleshoot issues independentlyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFastener or metal-forming shop experience required (minimum entry requirement)What We're Looking ForA self-starter who takes initiativeA dependable and honest team memberA person who takes pride in their work and work environmentTakes accountability for their actionsSomeone who wants to be part of a growing company with strong values
