Construction Litigation Practice
in our Fort Lauderdale office, and we’re looking for talented attorneys to join our dynamic and innovative team! Whether you're a seasoned associate with at least three years of experience or a partner-level attorney seeking an exciting new opportunity, this role offers the chance to work on high-stakes cases, collaborate with industry leaders, and contribute to the continued success of a growing practice.

What You'll Do
Handle a diverse caseload of construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, defect claims, and lien enforcement. Provide exceptional legal counsel to clients, crafting strategies tailored to achieve favorable outcomes. Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys and paralegals to deliver high-quality, efficient legal solutions. Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and court proceedings. Develop and maintain client relationships through responsive communication and reliable service. Engage in business development efforts supported by Kelley Kronenberg’s in-house Business Development and Marketing teams.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in construction litigation, including hands-on litigation and case management experience. Strong knowledge of Florida construction laws and regulations. Exceptional analytical, legal research, and writing skills. A commitment to delivering superior client service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for growth and team-building. Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing is required.
