Hire, direct staff, and ensure dependable maintenance services while improving operating efficiencies and reducing costs. Present a professional image, provide supervision, training, and hands-on assistance. Comply with federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, OBRA, NFPA, EPA, JCAHO, and the State Department of Health. Work closely with the facility's Administrator and collaborate with other facilities and the corporate office for technical guidance. Qualifications & Experience
