We’re seeking a small team of individuals with proven track records of providing indispensable service to Advisors and colleagues alike to join a community concierge services team, specializing in high-touch outreach for our community of independent wealth advisors. The Community team exists to elevate the personal and professional success of the Commonwealth family and strengthen all that connects us through deepening our advisor connection and engagement with our firm and among each other. This team will ensure our existing advisors experience proactive outreach from a team of specialists who anticipate their needs, cementing us as an indispensable service partner in their continued success. Key Responsibilities Proactively support our community of independent financial advisors and their teams through virtual outreach and connection to internal SMEs Maintain a complete understanding of Commonwealth/LPL offerings and our advisors, their teams, and operations Triage existing challenges and opportunities for increased product adoption Serve as a trusted partner and advocate for our Advisors through active listening and timely follow-up Provide data and insights for tracking feedback and sentiment Core Strengths and Skills Ability to deeply understand Commonwealth’s Advisors’ business practices, client service models, and needs as independent small business owners Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships A demonstrated team player Excellent communication skills Experience capturing feedback and sentiment A proactive and adaptable approach to problem solving 5+ years of experience at Commonwealth CRM experience a plus Track record of showing Commonwealth-level of care and service Potential for optional travel Have we piqued your curiosity?
