A leading national law firm is seeking a litigation associate with a minimum of 3 years of commercial litigation or judicial clerkship experience to join its Seattle office. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to work on high-stakes commercial disputes in a collaborative, dynamic legal team. Ideal candidates will have excellent legal research and writing skills, strong academic credentials, and a detail-oriented, client-focused mindset.

Seattle, Washington Duties
Handle all aspects of complex commercial litigation, including research, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation Draft legal memoranda, motions, briefs, and related litigation documents Assist with depositions, hearings, and court appearances Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on litigation strategy Support efficient case management from inception through resolution Maintain high standards of written and oral communication Requirements
At least 3 years of litigation experience or equivalent judicial clerkship experience Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal issues in state and federal courts Proven excellence in legal analysis, research, and writing Ability to work independently and in team environments Prior experience at a large law firm or clerkship is preferred Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school Law Review or journal participation strongly preferred Certifications
Active member of the Washington State Bar or ability to obtain promptly Skills
