Base pay range $60.00/hr - $70.00/hr Compri Consulting is searching for an Executive Recruiter for a 100% remote 6-month contract for our client headquartered in San Francisco. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: 5+ years of experience in an Executive Recruiter role focused on hiring for VP+ talent Demonstrated success in recruiting: preferably for successful SaaS companies, or major players in the technology industry Outstanding client management skills; experience of owning relationships at the executive level Subject matter expertise in one of the following: GTM, G&A or Technical recruiting at the Executive level. In-depth understanding of the recruiting lifecycle; from planning, through engagement, selection and onboarding Comfortable with simultaneously managing multiple searches Has a data driven mindset and understand the importance of operational excellence Compri Consulting, Inc.
