This role is ideal for a motivated individual with 3 or more years of project management experience, who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced technology environment. This position is responsible for the end-to-end management of client projects, ensuring delivery excellence, effective communication, and stakeholder satisfaction. Experience with AI or data-driven technology projects is a plus, as we continue to expand in this rapidly evolving domain. As a Project Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional teams (including offshore developers), translate business needs into executable plans, and maintain strong client relationships. You’ll be at the center of client engagement, technical alignment, and project execution. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Project Planning Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. Lead project discovery sessions and define scope, goals, and deliverables. Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for technical teams. Project Execution & Delivery Manage all phases of the project lifecycle using Agile methodologies, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and project status updates. Monitor project health and proactively address risks or issues. Communication & Stakeholder Management Maintain consistent communication with clients, internal teams, and offshore resources. Provide regular project updates, demos, and deliverables presentations. Ensure clear documentation and alignment between business and technical teams. Cross-Functional Team Collaboration Coordinate with product, QA, development, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Facilitate problem-solving discussions and ensure timely resolution of blockers. Continuous Improvement & Strategic Insight Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, team efficiency, and client satisfaction. Support post-project analysis and contribute insights for future engagements. Stay updated on industry trends, especially related to AI, automation, and digital product development. Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in software or technology environments. Experience managing AI or data-centric projects is a strong plus. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, including offshore collaboration. Skills: Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management best practices. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client service orientation. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client engagements concurrently. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Additional Requirements: This is a hybrid role; candidates must be able to work onsite at the Birmingham, AL office at least 3 days per week. Willingness to travel occasionally (0–25%) based on client needs. Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for driving results.
