• Hospital Employed
• EPIC EMR
• Daytime rotation Wednesday-Tuesday 7 days on/7 days off
• Census per day split evenly among Hospitalists
• Excellent relationship with nursing and case management
• Collegial team, diverse, and accountable
• Patient population- adult, geriatric, no peds
• ER physicians available 24/7 for codes
• Open ICU
• Excellent critical care support- 24/7 coverage
• Procedures optional
• No vent management
• Teaching opportunities with in-house residency
