Construction Project Manager
with a strong background in
multifamily residential projects
to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage all phases of construction from pre-con to closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll collaborate closely with ownership, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to bring mid-rise and high-density residential buildings to life—managing schedules, budgets, and site teams with a proactive, hands-on approach. Key Responsibilities: · Lead multifamily construction projects from permitting through turnover. · Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and work plans. · Manage relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. · Monitor site progress and provide leadership to superintendents and field teams. · Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and documentation. · Ensure strict adherence to safety, building codes, and company quality standards. · Provide regular project updates to leadership and resolve any issues quickly and effectively. · Cost analysis and value engineering. Qualifications: · 5+ years of project management experience in multifamily residential construction (garden-style, podium, mid-rise, etc.). · Deep understanding of construction sequencing, permitting, and code compliance. · Proven track record managing $15M–$75M+ multifamily projects. · Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. · Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Buildertrend). · Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field .
