To provide consulting and coaching services to support the use of data-driven decision-making in the continuous improvement process for the Lenawee ISD, its constituent districts, and its community. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned. ➢ Supervises Coordinator/Manager – Professional Learning Center ➢ Contributes to meeting the objectives of the Lenawee ISD’s School Support Services Team. ➢ Manages, supports, and leads the evaluation of the data warehouse for the county; provides professional learning for ISD staff and local districts on the data warehouse. ➢ Manages, supports, and leads professional learning on key data and assessment systems, including County/State Data products, assessment tools, and others as needed. ➢ Serve as the Lenawee Intermediate School District and Building State Testing Assessment Coordinator and supports local district assessment coordinators. ➢ Assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of general instructional services related to data management. ➢ Maintains sections of the budget related to data management. ➢ Maintains liaison and active participation with educational leaders at the state, regional, and national levels. ➢ Provides regular coaching and/or consulting with principals and/or local school district instructional personnel. ➢ Develops, coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates professional learning activities for local district and LISD staff in conjunction with other departments. ➢ Provides data services for LISD and local districts as needed (importing, exporting, automating, report creation, and data analysis). ➢ Works with LISD Programs and local districts to develop, assess, report, and monitor goal progress on state-required assessments. ➢ Supports the needs and requests of local districts in data management, analysis, and usage. ➢ Assumes other responsibilities and performs other duties as assigned by Director – Instruction & General Services. ➢ Supports LISD Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) initiatives throughout the county. ➢ Assists with and participates in meetings and planning for countywide professional learning. ➢ Develop and deliver new programs that meet the needs and desires of local districts, and which support the LISD and local school improvement plans. ➢ Attends and contributes to monthly meetings with the Superintendent Sub-committee, Elementary Principals, Secondary Principals, and District Implementation Team Coordinators. ➢ Meets monthly to collaborate with the General Services team, Regional Implementation Team, and Coaching Team to coordinate services and support related to continuous improvement efforts as well as supporting the development of MTSS. ➢ Provides leadership through consulting and coaching in education to LISD constituent districts/Lenawee ISD programs with a focus of MTSS and Data ➢ Ongoing consultation with local district administrators to gather feedback and support efforts in assessment, data use, and analysis. ➢ Competent use of both the Microsoft and Google Suite of applications, including Excel and Sheets EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Required: •Master of Arts or Master of Science Degree •Minimum five (5) years of teaching and/or administration •Administrative Certificate or be willing to acquire one Preferred: •Experience in assessment, evaluation, and testing •Experience in facilitating groups •Experience with data management/tools •Experience in Systems/Instructional Coaching CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, and REGISTRATIONS •Michigan Teaching Certificate Seniority level Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Information Technology Industries Primary and Secondary Education Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Lenawee Intermediate School District by 2x Get notified about new Data Consultant jobs in Adrian, MI .
