The
Continuous Improvement Manager
will provide a full range of productivity services to Operations and lead cost reduction programs for the facility. Responsibilities include leading lean events, implementing the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) throughout the facility, developing and measuring facility systems, and delivering continuous improvement training programs. The role involves guiding best business practices such as yield improvement, manpower utilization, overhead spend, capital utilization, indirect spend, plant utilization, efficiency, and working capital management for raw materials and finished goods. The manager will act as a coach for KHMS, lead the Site Steering Committee, and work closely with the KHMS Task Force to enhance process utilization and employee proficiency, ensuring business results are achieved. Additionally, the person will support and coach frontline managers, supervisors, and team leaders in understanding and adopting KHMS.
