Project Manager - Top 100 ENR General Contractor - Charlotte
Experienced and detail oriented Project Manager is sought to join a top 100 ENR, award winning general contractor's growing Charlotte office. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving their continued success throughout the Charlotte market, managing their award winning multifamily and commercial construction projects, while also mentoring their excellent project management team. This individual will report directly to the Project Executive and be responsible for managing their projects from inception to close out, ensuring the projects are delivered on time and on budget. Projects are typically up to $100M within the multifamily, education, healthcare and light-industrial space. Please apply now for immediate consideration. Project Manager - Top 100 ENR General Contractor - Charlotte main duties and responsibilities include the following: Review plans, specifications, and client requirements Initiate RFIs to resolve issues in the field and plan discrepancies Process, review, and track submittals Review design and shop drawings to evaluate the impact on the cost and schedule Prepare Subcontractor scope of work letters Initiate change orders to the Owner and solicit bids from Subcontractors Perform estimates and compile cost breakdowns for the client to review Maintain procurement, submittal, and RFI logs Provide schedule assistance and track daily production Coordinate correspondence between the design and construction team Lead and mentor a team of Project Management staff Project Manager - Top 100 ENR General Contractor - Charlotte should have: Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field. A minimum of 5 years of construction-related project management experience with a general contractor. A proven track record of running multifamily and commercial projects, $15M to $100M+. Knowledge of construction methods and materials, costing, & scheduling Must have Procore experience Ability to organize, think ahead, plan and manage multiple priorities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Project Manager - Top 100 ENR General Contractor - Charlotte will receive: Base salary between $110,000 to $150,000 - Dependent on experience Both project and annual bonus program Discretionary profit sharing program Excellent benefits program that includes medical insurance, 401K match, 3 weeks PTO, etc Opportunity for fast-tracked career progression - Be able to join one of Charlotte's top GC's Opportunity to be part of a thriving, collaborative and successful project management team Exciting Local and Prominent Projects
