Native American Bank is seeking a proactive and skilled Project Manager Contractor to oversee a variety of training, IT, operations, and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys bringing clarity and momentum to cross-functional projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for defining project scope, developing detailed plans, and driving execution from start to finish. They'll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can take ownership of their work while partnering with team members and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. Strong communication skills are essential for keeping efforts aligned and teams informed throughout each project lifecycle.

Responsibilities Manage and coordinate training, IT, operations, and marketing projects from initiation to completion. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated regularly. Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders. Cultivate a positive team environment and encourage collaboration. Perform other duties as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or related field. 5 years' experience as a project manager, preferably in training, IT, operations, or marketing. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana). PMP or similar certification is a plus. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of training methodologies and marketing strategies is desirable. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Benefits
