Controllership Functional Project Management Lead Oracle Fusion Implementation The Controllership Functional Project Management Lead will play a pivotal role in the Oracle Fusion Implementation project. This role will focus on managing functional aspects of the project, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving the successful delivery of project milestones. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage project teams to deliver functional components of the Oracle Fusion Implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion with existing systems. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress. Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure adherence to project budgets and resource allocation. Support the transition to operational support post-implementation. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Proven experience in project management, preferably within the finance and accounting domain. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion and its implementation processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
