QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or similar field 2+ years of engineering experience preferred with data server-network/PLC integration Proficient with firewalls, VLAN’s, and managed switch configurations Advanced knowledge of data servers, server architecture, virtual machines (VM’s), and general Windows OS support and patching Understanding of visualization/operator interfaces (FactoryTalk View SE) and Thin Client/Thin Manager Experience with Rockwell communications software ( FTLinx ) and Studio5000 programming software Proficiency reading and creating electrical and network schematics Proficient with the use of common electrical and network testing tools Project management skills; deliver safe, effective, sustainable, and reliable solutions (Project planning, approval process, equipment specification, budget, preventative maintenance, acceptance plans, design review, safety assessments, capital request) Proficient in safe work methods (lock out tag out, arc flash) Communicate effectively through written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills Strong aptitude in problem solving, collecting data, performing statistical analyses, and making process improvements through sound, data-driven decisions Comfortable with hands-on work and i nterest ed in working in a manufacturing setting Self-motivated and able to learn quickly; being able to work independently and on a team depending on the situation Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
COMPENSATION
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.
