We are looking for dedicated individuals who can successfully perform the essential functions of this role to strengthen our team. Inspect and examine printed products for clarity, color accuracy, and compliance with specifications. Adjust machines to enhance print quality, including settings for printing plates and pressure rolls. Set operational parameters such as speed, temperature, and ink flow. Review job orders to ascertain printing details, including quantities and specifications. Select and install printing components using hand tools according to specifications. Monitor machine operations, promptly adjusting as needed and reporting any malfunctions to supervisors. Maintain quality throughout the production process, ensuring proper construction and alignment of bags. Promptly notify supervisors of repair needs and any observed performance issues. Follow all safety protocols as outlined in the TULSACK employee handbook. Supervise and assist with packaging and labeling to uphold quality standards. Maintain stock levels of materials such as paper, ink, and glue during production. Document production results and waste accumulation during shifts.
