Essential Duties : Demonstrate strong, on-going communication and collaboration with principals, district leaders, teachers, students, and parents to ensure clarity in data collection, use, and reporting. Design, develop, maintain, and deploy BI solutions, such as, but not limited to, Tableau. Perform and document data analysis, data validation, data mapping/design, by accessing multiple sources, specifically data residing in data warehouses, and lead others in this work. Advance district BI capabilities, such as data analytics, data visualization, data modeling, and technologies to inform continuous improvement decisions. Innovate how the district derives insights from data and provide continuous school and operational improvement recommendations through proactive data analysis. Manage large datasets, analyze data, summarize data ,and use BI software such as Tableau and other techniques to present insights. Work in partnership with the District and School Performance Department to design data visualizations, data analytics, and reports that are easy to understand, intuitive, and transparent for a variety of stakeholders. Synthesize and translate district and school identified needs, goals, and metrics into dynamic visualizations, interactive dashboards, and advanced reports using BI tools such as, but not limited to, Tableau. Create and maintain data visualization and reporting solutions to aid in the monitoring of school administration functions like course requests, school scheduling, and data entry to ensure maximization of human and financial Generate reports as appropriate for Board of Education and District staff related to state and district accountability systems. Compile data and prepare various statistical, administrative, and professional reports as required by the District, Board of Education, State Department of Education, and/or other agencies. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications :
Hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Education, Instructional Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology and Information Systems, Information Science, or a related field, required. Advanced education and/or training preferred. Administrative/Leadership experience, preferred. Four or more years of work experience in the following are required:
*delivering IT/BI solutions; *Tableau development; *SQL Query Design in large-scale data warehouse environments; *data integration development; *data collection and database/report design.

Must be regularly, predictably, and reliably at work. Ability to be present at the physical worksite. Must perform tasks involving prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting. Must perform routine physical activities such as bending and lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds. Vision, hearing, written, and verbal communications are essential factors in performing required tasks.
