The Marketing Project Manager will lead the development and execution of complex initiatives, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning through launch. Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management of high-visibility partnership marketing campaigns, coordinating efforts across internal teams and external partners to deliver outstanding results. Drive cross-functional collaboration by ensuring alignment, accountability, and momentum throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. Develop and implement scalable processes and frameworks that support multiple business units, enhancing operational efficiency and creative excellence. Manage program timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track and stakeholders well-informed. Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams. Perform well under pressure, maintaining focus and composure while juggling multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Align project timelines with broader marketing calendars, ensuring consistency and coordination across all initiatives. Marketing Project Manager Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. Proven expertise in managing end-to-end creative workflows—from concept through production. Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, including Smartsheets, Microsoft Office Suite, Miro, and Slack. Skilled in managing third-party partners, including contract oversight and vendor coordination. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a talent for navigating ambiguity and driving projects to completion.
