starting with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at the waist), and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact). Safely operating at all times. Being able to make good decisions. Leading your team by example. Helping to train new hires. Completing daily checklists. Preventing careless and costly mistakes. Checking in regularly throughout the day with your direct supervisor. Requirements include: Being eligible to work in the United States. Having reliable transportation to work. Being able to lift up to 75 pounds. Enjoying hard work, world-class customer service, and helping others. Wanting to be part of a growing organization. Being drug and alcohol-free. Having a valid NC driver's license (Non-CDL). Starting pay at $14.00/hr
