Customer Service Representative - Technical Support Jupiter, FL 33478 (Hybrid) 9-Month Contract

Key Responsibilities: Handle escalated troubleshooting calls for EV charger issues with empathy and technical expertise Communicate complex technical solutions in clear, customer-friendly language Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for knowledge base development Schedule and coordinate installation and maintenance appointments efficiently Process online enrollment applications, including qualification verification Maintain detailed customer records and documentation Perform administrative tasks including data entry and filing
Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or technical support preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computer systems and software applications High school diploma or equivalent required
