We have an immediate need for a

Customer Service Specialist

to join our team! This position will be taking inbound phone requests for services and making outbound calls to set up maintenance appointments.

Position:

Customer Service Specialist

Pay:

$19.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending upon experience

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday (9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.) and rotating Saturdays (7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.). When they work on Saturday, they will have the following Monday off.

What You Will Be Doing

Answering incoming calls Scheduling service appointments for our technicians Making outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments Handling minor service complaint Creating a connection with customers Keeping our CRM Database 'Service Titan' up to date with customer information

Qualifications

Customer service experienced, retail, call center or similar experience Office experiences desired but not required Professional communication, both verbal and written Demonstrates a positive attitude within difficult situations Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment Computer and technology proficient Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
