Job Description Primary Responsibilities and Key Deliverables:
Manage overall operations and ensure effective management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures for the Operations Department.
Ensure safe and efficient operations.
Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues.
Enhance operational procedures, systems, and principles, including information flow, business processes, and management reporting.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities according to company policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisals, and employee motivation.
Maintain knowledge of company services and products.
Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
Responsible for customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, job revenue, and profitability.
Plan and review compensation, enforce policies, and contribute to strategic planning.
Develop operational systems for product handling, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
Analyze workflow, space, and equipment needs; implement changes.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Manage relationships with vendors, review invoices, and oversee operational expenses.
Address customer issues, resolve problems, and improve customer experience.
Coordinate with management on policies, procedures, and system implementations.
Ensure inventory is utilized effectively and maintain compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
