This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly growing area of Salesforce implementation, managing client projects from discovery to deployment. As a Senior Application Systems Engineer, you will develop and integrate user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms, utilizing agile methodologies to deliver impactful technological solutions. Key Responsibilities
Define and execute project deliverables efficiently Manage project completion and maintain engagement reports Track resources, budgets, and project status Participate in client sessions as a team member or leader Travel as required based on client needs Skills and Attributes
Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with all levels Experience in Salesforce CRM, including end-to-end implementations and integrations Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, APIs, APEX, VisualForce, and AppExchange Ability to lead solution design, identify gaps, and manage project timelines and risks Proficiency in agile delivery and application development tools Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Systems or related field 2-4 years of relevant Salesforce experience, including configuration and customization Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Salesforce certifications preferred Additional Preferences
Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, or related fields; Master’s preferred Prior consulting experience and additional certifications highly valued What We Offer
