Key Responsibilities
Submit and manage insurance claims, ensuring clean, timely submissions Investigate and resolve denied claims and aging A/R buckets Process payments, post remits, and reconcile patient accounts Coordinate appeal documentation and insurance follow-ups Communicate with carriers and prepare weekly billing reports
Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on medical billing experience (not just A/R) Must be comfortable working fully onsite with reliable transportation Strong organizational skills and self-accountability are key — no micromanagement here
