The candidate must be good at developing ideas and strategies and turning them into tactics and actions. The candidate must be able to communicate new technologies and processes and help develop and implement designs to solve business problems. This position will be located in Westlake Village, CA. This is a Remote-hybrid position. The first 6 months we would like the candidate on site once a week, and at specific IT events quarterly thereafter or as needed. The candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the company’s Salesforce.com support functions, customization, integration with other systems and performing additional administrative tasks related to overall reporting and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of Salesforce Development and Administration. All developers on the team are expected to perform basic SF Administrator tasks as part of this job. Experience working with the nCino managed package is required. We expect this candidate to be able to leverage their broad Salesforce expertise to intuitively assess and uncover the specifics of an existing org’s architecture, configuration, and customizations (with minimal guidance). Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for overall application system analysis, design and development Responsible for end-to-end system updates for SF, nCino and other managed packages including but not limited to sandbox installation, extensive testing, production deployment, test class and support Implement changes with applications; test those changes to ensure accuracy; and work with the sales and operations departments to accept, deploy and communicate new solutions Analyze business requirements, procedures, and problems and then apply sound technological concepts and provide logical solutions to each (i.e. identify, recommend and resolve) Strategize and implement new and evolving IT solutions for the company’s future requirements Knowledge of Salesforce managed packages including DocuSign, SailPoint, and Marketing Cloud is a plus. Experience in delivering IT applications through software development life cycles Drive architecture discussions and prepare the architecture including all SFDC integration components Maintain the highest quality data in Salesforce.com Manage relationships and projects to support revenue growth, process efficiencies and CRM best practices Deliver rapid resolution to business challenges and technical issues; identify and implement Salesforce.com enhancements as needed Provide day-to-day support of the CRM application to all levels of the organization Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field Salesforce Certified Developer (Platform Developer I or II) 7+ years of professional Force.com platform experience.
