Coach and mentor teams at all levels to embed Lean thinking and establish a culture of continuous improvement. Develop and deliver hands-on Lean training programs, such as Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and problem-solving workshops. Job Description
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and implement Lean methodologies to drive operational efficiency by eliminating waste, unevenness, and overburden. Education & Experience Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (master’s degree preferred). 3+ years of experience leading Lean-focused process improvement initiatives in a manufacturing, engineering, or corporate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Desirable software skills include Microsoft Visio and AutoCAD. Experience with process simulation and analysis tools (e.g., Minitab) is a plus The role requires a dynamic mix of office-based strategic work and on-site operational engagement in manufacturing and business environments. Frequent and continuous interaction with multiple departments through Kaizen events and follow-up planning sessions. Travel is 10% or less, primarily to company sites in Navasota and Veracruz.
