This role involves packing rubber components, manufacturing, and assembling products, as well as managing a team of qualified rubber inspectors. Responsibilities include packing, inspecting, and ensuring products meet standards and customer specifications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead inspection of rubber parts and assign tasks to team members. Pack completed products according to quality standards and packing specifications. Transfer finished products between stations, inspect for quality, and prepare for shipping. Complete shipment paperwork following company procedures. Collaborate with quality team and report issues promptly. Label and store inventory properly. Report injuries or safety concerns. Wear PPE and gowning as required for safety and cleanliness. Maintain organized work area adhering to housekeeping and EHS standards. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Skills
Effective oral and written communication in English. Basic math, reading, and organizational skills. Time management skills. Ability to see clearly (20/20 vision or corrected). Work Environment & Physical Demands
Work may occur in office, warehouse, or manufacturing settings. Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds is required. Weekend, holiday work, and on-call duties may be necessary. Environmental exposure and travel may occur. Additional Information
