Drive strategy using your analytical skills Build and validate data models Work with large, evolving datasets Expand our brand in new markets Create exceptional customer experiences through analytics Lead and mentor junior analysts Manage the full project lifecycle Collaborate across business units Work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with top talent Maintain work-life balance with minimal travel On any given day you will be:
Mine data for organizational insights Improve processes, data, and reports Handle large databases with billions of records Enhance operational efficiency Evaluate processes and tests Analyze data to assess products Design and implement new systems Develop strategic product and marketing tests The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of analytics technology, with strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. This role requires managing multiple projects independently and collaboratively, with a strong Business Intelligence component. BI experience is highly encouraged. Basic Qualifications
Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science) with at least 6 years of data analytics experience, or a Master's Degree with at least 4 years of experience, expected to be obtained by start date. Minimum 4 years of professional data analysis experience Minimum 4 years of programming experience Preferred Qualifications:
Master's in STEM disciplines 7+ years of professional data analysis experience Experience with Python, R, Spark, or SQL 1+ year in people management 1+ year project management experience Experience with Tableau Proficiency with AWS services Capital One considers sponsoring qualified applicants for employment authorization.
