Document the types and structure of business data (logical modeling). Define and coordinate analytic needs with project managers, product owners, marketing specialists, and stakeholders to prepare requirements and schedule deliverables. Analyze operational, business, and experience data to identify patterns and correlations among various data sources. Design and create data reports and reporting tools to support decision-making across the enterprise. Write, audit, and execute SQL or R code, from basic to complex levels. Build accurate forecasts and develop business models. Utilize tools such as Tableau, SSRS, and R to develop and communicate data insights and visualizations. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (Data Analysis, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, or Statistical Modeling) 2 – 6+ years of related experience Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to collaborate with internal and external customers and be an enthusiastic team player Basic understanding and ability to write code in SQL, SSRS, Tableau, R, and other applications used at OverDrive Company: OverDrive distributes digital content, manages DRM protection, and provides download services for publishers.
