They are seeking a skilled Integration Project Manager to lead cross-functional post-acquisition integration projects, ensuring smooth onboarding and operational alignment while serving as a central point of contact between internal teams and newly acquired businesses. Responsibilities: Build and maintain detailed project plans and timelines Coordinate functional leads across Finance, Operations, HR, IT, and more Facilitate weekly integration meetings and follow-ups Mitigate Risk & Drive Accountability Monitor project milestones, blockers, and dependencies Proactively communicate issues and escalate as needed Serve as Liaison to Sellers Gather diligence materials and ensure timely delivery of integration data Maintain communication with Sellers throughout onboarding Track documentation, reporting, and post-close activities Support timely completion of administrative updates Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field 2-4 years of relevant experience in integration, M&A, or operations Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects Excellent at leading meetings and coordinating across departments Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills Calm under pressure with the ability to manage shifting priorities Tech-savvy and familiar with project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, etc.) Preferred: Experience in a growth-oriented or PE-backed environment Company: Robbins Recruiting Solutions LLC (RRS) is a boutique recruiting consulting firm that specializes in recruitment strategy solutions and direct placement services.
