Uptown Dallas, TX (Onsite, 5 days/week) Compensation:
$100,000-$120,000 + Benefits (Insurances, 401k) We are currently partnered with a fast-growing
global technology company in the fintech and cash management space . They are seeking a Business Analyst to support internal teams with data-driven insights, reporting, and process optimization. Responsibilities: Analyze business data using Microsoft Excel to generate insights and track performance. Create and maintain internal reports that support the sales and operations teams. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline workflows. Leverage CRM data (Salesforce preferred) to support business decisions. Contribute to evolving internal data practices and support ad hoc requests. Assist internal teams in identifying trends, inefficiencies, and data-backed improvement opportunities. Ideal Candidate: 3-5 years of professional experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Operations Analyst role. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data cleaning, etc.) Experience working with or supporting Sales/CRM systems like Salesforce. Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable in a dynamic team environment.
