Research Operations Data Analyst
The Position:
The growing Research Operations organization supporting Research Labs and space planning needs. Together you will have the opportunity to shape and build a modern R&D environment that propels Client's drug development ambitions. Responsibilities:
- Manually run reports to compare data from different systems
- Create dashboard mockups
- Document how to run the reports, as well as challenges
- Collaborate with informatics and R&D groups across the organization
- Space Planning and editing floor maps
Candidate Attributes:
Successful candidates will have many of the following attributes:
- Minimum education level is a bachelor's degree, preferably in a science or technology discipline
- 7+ years of technical IT experience
- Creative data visualization skills
- Tableau intermediate experience or better
- SQL query experience
- UX design experience
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of scientific applications and technologies
- Space planning experience is a plus
- Adobe Acrobat Pro experience is a plus
- A focus on solution delivery, with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with your own team, technical IT partners, and customers
- Effective communication in both written and verbal form to non-technical audiences
- Self-starter with a passion for continuous self-improvement
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
