Job Summary
Chmura is seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams. The CRM will ensure client satisfaction, foster long-term partnerships, and support clients in leveraging Chmura's data tools, analytics platforms, and consulting services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and is passionate about creating meaningful impact through strong partnerships. Key Responsibilities
• Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of clients across sectors (e.g., workforce development, economic development, education, private sector).
• Lead onboarding processes for new clients to ensure a smooth and value-driven implementation of Chmura tools and services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and align Chmura solutions to meet strategic goals.
• Develop deep understanding of Chmura's products to help clients apply economic data and labor market analytics effectively.
• Monitor contract timelines, manage renewals, and identify opportunities to upsell additional services.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Analytics teams to ensure client needs are understood and prioritized.
• Capture client feedback to support continuous product improvement and satisfaction metrics.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide internal reports on client health, activity, and revenue risk.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles-preferably in SaaS, data analytics, or consulting environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and convey technical concepts and economic data clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace).
• A passion for solving real-world problems through data and a client-first mindset.
Nice to Have
• Familiarity with labor market information (LMI), economic modeling, or workforce data.
• Experience supporting public sector, nonprofit, or education clients.
• Understanding of data visualization and storytelling tools.
