Job Description - Req#: 2547 Join KFC's dynamic team as the Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Manager, where you will lead the charge in shaping our global BI development initiatives. Your role will center on building cross-functional partnerships with business users to pinpoint their BI and analytics needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of analytics, visualization, and BI solutions that provide stakeholders with understandable and actionable data. Identify gaps and synergies across BI and analytics projects to promote solutions that are reusable across the organization. Develop and define crucial business metrics in collaboration with various teams and data governance experts. Ensure data assets are effectively maintained, fit for purpose, and frequently accessed for optimal usage. Act as a subject matter expert on global BI and Analytics, influencing corporate strategy and standards. Vendor and Developer Management: Create clear and comprehensive briefs for BI developers to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery. Encourage a collaborative atmosphere that fosters innovation, adhering to agile methodologies for project management. Troubleshoot issues, effectively negotiate solutions with stakeholders, and evaluate vendor performance for necessary adjustments. Communicate critical risks, opportunities, and actionable solutions to executive leadership. Collaboration and Change Management: Champion the adoption of BI solutions through proactive collaboration, coaching, and sharing of best practices. Build strong professional relationships to become a trusted advisor in BI and Analytics. Support global teams and partners in successfully implementing BI solutions. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience managing full BI solution delivery and leading data-driven projects. Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Domo, Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work with ambiguous data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex topics. Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive projects to successful completion. Preferred Requirements: Experience in high-volume, multi-country retail environments. Proficiency in coding with Tableau or Power BI, with familiarity in data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery. An automation mindset with knowledge of ETL processes and scripting languages such as Python. Understanding of relational databases to source data for reports and dashboards.
