We are seeking a detail-oriented Final Quality Control Technician to join our swing shift team. In this role, you will ensure that all finished products meet company and customer quality standards before leaving the production floor. Key Responsibilities: Perform visual inspections and functional tests on finished products to verify compliance with specifications and requirements. Accurately record inspection results, test data, and any deviations using QC forms or digital systems. Ensure adherence to company quality standards, industry regulations, and customer specifications. Detect and report non-conformities or defects, collaborating with production and engineering teams to resolve issues. Clearly communicate inspection results and quality concerns to supervisors and cross-functional teams. Recommend process improvements, training, or procedural changes to enhance product quality and efficiency. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to consistently arrive on time and adhere to shift schedule. Basic understanding of quality control processes and documentation.
