Overview
Founded in 2015, my client is a growing real estate development advisory firm focused on delivering high-value owner's representation services to a wide range of clients, including owners, operators, developers, and tenants. With annual revenues of approximately $2.5 million and a close-knit team of six, they are actively expanding and plan to grow to 10-15 employees in the near future.
The company operates with a people-first mindset and prides itself on fostering a tight-knit, collaborative culture that feels more like a family than a traditional corporate structure. Leadership is committed to employee growth and recognition-team members receive bonuses before partners, and every employee's contribution is genuinely valued. The team recently completed performance reviews and received overwhelmingly positive feedback on the culture, collaboration, and mentorship.
With a project portfolio that spans data centers, healthcare, industrial, commercial interiors, government, and more, the company delivers real solutions rooted in hands-on industry experience.
