The role involves both internal and external interactions, with opportunities to lead initiatives and drive projects to completion. Responsibilities
Candidates should be proficient in hardware troubleshooting and communication. Expertise in one area is acceptable if the candidate has the aptitude to develop skills in other areas. Hardware Troubleshooting Skills:
Deep understanding of server hardware, components, and failure modes. Assist in diagnosing on-field issues to identify root causes through testing and collaboration with engineering and customers.
