Director of Network Operations
Position Description
tango is looking for a detail-oriented self-starter to work directly with our Network Operations team to provide data entry and optimization support of provider data by helping manage the integration of internal software and processes within the Network and Credentialing departments. The Data Configuration Specialists is responsible for ensuring the tango provider network is accurate and adequate. This is an entry level position that will provide the Data Configuration Specialist experience and skill development around data integration, data governance, and data structure and reporting. Position Description
tango is looking for a detail-oriented self-starter to work directly with our Network Operations team to provide data entry and optimization support of provider data by helping manage the integration of internal software and processes within the Network and Credentialing departments. The Data Configuration Specialists is responsible for ensuring the tango provider network is accurate and adequate. This is an entry level position that will provide the Data Configuration Specialist experience and skill development around data integration, data governance, and data structure and reporting.
Job Responsibilities
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Configure, maintain, and optimize provider data within enterprise systems including Symplr, NetSuite, and related platforms. Support the integration and flow of provider information across credentialing, onboarding, and vendor payment workflows. Create and update documentation for configuration processes, settings, and modifications. Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies or workflow issues across systems. Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Provide support for configuration-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing solutions. Provide intra-departmental information and support on basic to moderate in-house automated system configuration. Creating and maintaining all Provider records and demographic information housed within internal software configuration systems. Participating and contributing to internal committees or meetings that may involve, note-taking, problem-solving, implementation of change requests, etc. Developing and writing job aides, and processes, and assisting in policies for configuration of internal platforms. Communicate with direct Supervisor and Network team with any issues regarding providers, documents, or other information pertaining to managing the data in our software(s) and platforms. Communicate process improvement opportunities and work inter-departmentally on process change alongside the direct Supervisor. Assisting in problem-solving the configuration of different payment parameters for providers. Communicating any changes to provider information and/or payment parameters downstream to applicable departments. Creating or assisting in creating reports in tango’s internal software platforms applicable to Credentialing and provider Contracts. Analyzing data from reports and summarizing findings and key metrics to direct supervisor. Leading weekly or monthly team meetings and conducting knowledge transfer of key findings from reports and current Networks. Meeting intra-departmentally with Claims and Accounting teams to improve efficiencies and workflows between departments. Comply with HIPAA and tango policies. Maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times. Various other duties, in support of the Network function, on a daily and weekly basis as assigned by the direct Supervisor and as needed by the Credentialing and Network team(s).
Additional Responsibilities
This role is under the Director of Network Operations who also manages the Credentialing Department. It will involve working closely with additional Credentialing Specialists to meet the needs of the Network Department with focus on Configuration, Credentialing, and Network management.

Knowledge/Experience
Experience in data configuration, healthcare operations, or data provider management. – (Preferred) Familiarity with systems such as Symplr, SQL, PowerBI, PCM, or similar platforms. - (A Plus) Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and system-thinking mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience working in a fast-paced or growth-stage environment is a plus. Equivalent to a high school diploma. Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Adobe applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc). Consistent and reliable WiFi. Experience in healthcare (home health or credentialing a plus), or similar role, preferred but not required.

Attention to detail is also crucial in troubleshooting issues and testing new features in the Provider Portal. Collaboration: The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including the direct Supervisor, Network team, and other departments, is vital for identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing changes. This involves strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Confidentiality: Maintaining privacy and confidentiality is critical when dealing with sensitive provider information, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and ethical standards. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and meeting deadlines. This includes the ability to handle email and voicemail correspondence promptly and efficiently. Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in using and troubleshooting software applications, particularly in working with the Provider Portal and in-house automated systems. This may also involve the ability to develop and document job aides, processes, and policies related to system configuration. Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changes in processes, technologies, and responsibilities is crucial in a dynamic work environment. This includes being open to learning new skills and embracing opportunities for professional growth.
