We are seeking a
Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) II
to join a fast-paced, data-driven team focused on understanding customer behavior at scale. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, statistics, and business strategy—supporting marketing and operational initiatives that directly shape the customer experience across global markets.
You will be responsible for developing advanced reporting and insight generation systems to help leadership understand, evaluate, and optimize customer engagement and conversion strategies. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on data analysis, making it ideal for a self-starter with strong analytical skills, a working knowledge of A/B testing, and experience in building dashboards and data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate the performance of product features and marketing campaigns by analyzing user behavior, conversion rates, and retention Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments to validate hypotheses and measure feature impact Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to monitor program health and customer engagement Respond to ad hoc data requests and conduct deep dives into customer patterns, anomalies, or trends Apply segmentation, data mining, and statistical modeling techniques to uncover behavioral insights Participate in strategic and tactical planning sessions, contributing insights that influence product and marketing decisions Build and maintain automated data pipelines and reporting tools to scale data access and efficiency
Top Required Skills
Data Pipeline Development – Experience building and optimizing ETL processes and data workflows Data Visualization – Ability to create impactful dashboards using tools like Quicksight, Tableau, or similar platforms SQL & Python Proficiency – Strong ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets using advanced SQL and scripting in Python
Skills & Experience Required
3–6 years of experience working with complex, large-scale datasets in a business intelligence or data analytics role Strong experience designing dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights Proven ability to translate business problems into analytical frameworks and execute on them Background in statistics, marketing analytics, or programming preferred Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with SAS or other statistical modeling tools Experience setting up alarms, committing code to CI/CD pipelines, or maintaining cloud-based data infrastructure Ability to work across business and technical teams, aligning data priorities with business goals
