BI Architect - Mortgage Banking (Onsite - Dallas, TX)
We are seeking a BI Architect with deep expertise in enterprise BI ecosystems and a strong understanding of mortgage banking to support a complex Data Modernization program . This is an onsite role based in Dallas, TX .
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and architect the end-to-end BI landscape , including semantic modeling, self-service enablement, and security frameworks
• Lead the transition from legacy BI tools (e.g., SSRS, Talend ) to modern platforms like Power BI, Sigma , and cloud-native architectures
• Build scalable and governed semantic models to support enterprise reporting and analytics
• Define and implement role-based access control , usage monitoring, and metadata governance for BI tools
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to design impactful dashboards and promote self-service BI adoption
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in BI architecture and delivery for large enterprises
• Expertise in tools such as Power BI, Sigma, SSRS, Talend , and experience working across a multi-platform BI landscape
• Strong knowledge of semantic modeling , BI security , and governance best practices
• Deep familiarity with mortgage banking KPIs , operational and regulatory reporting needs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Location: Must be available to work onsite in Dallas, TX
