Transplant Data Specialist II
The Transplant Data Specialist II position will provide data entry, abstraction help, and other clerical and advanced reporting duties. Hybrid position located in Dallas Texas - will be required onsite as needed and for scheduled bi-annual meetings. Essential Functions of the Role: Data abstraction and entry from patient's clinical source documents (charts, etc), as well as forms/wall charts for external registries. Data abstraction and entry from patient's clinical source documents (charts, etc), as well as forms/wall charts for internal registries. Advanced quality audits of both internal and external registries. Advanced Registry Reporting Responsibilities Custom Reporting and distribution. Charge entry and audits. Filing/scanning. Administration of external registries. Administration and user help/training for internal and external registries. Key Success Factors: Associate's degree or higher preferred. Minimum of 3 years of pure data entry experience. Medical field experience strongly preferred. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Teams) Able to work in an electronic (paper-free) work environment.
