Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Vision, or in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience developing or managing data systems, or 3 years with an advanced degree.
Experience in database development including ETL tools and SQL programming.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in manufacturing testing.
Experience with SQLAlchemy or PostgreSQL.
Experience scripting in Python.
About the job The Raxium team's mission is to develop and manufacture efficient, ultra-dense, and resourceful monolithic RGB microLED displays for AR applications. The test team develops new test systems to support next-generation AR display panels. We are highly collaborative, interacting daily with the entire Raxium display organization, sharing data to support development and ensure display quality. We continually seek new approaches to improve data access and test throughput.
Google's Raxium display group has pioneered a revolutionary semiconductor materials display technology that enables new functionalities, bringing a closer and more natural connection between digital and physical realms in AR and light-field display applications. With startup roots and a state-of-the-art compound semiconductor fab in Silicon Valley, Raxium aims to disrupt next-generation display markets.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can provide specific details during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
Support and improve existing data flow, including test data architecture (e.g., Python, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, JMP).
Ensure data platforms meet needs of fast-paced production and R&D environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data needs.
Work with Test Engineering and Reliability teams to enhance test data frameworks.
Create secure, structured data paths for interactions with customers and partners while maintaining IP security.
