About The Role Software engineers at Compa have a high degree of ownership and autonomy to build the systems powering the future of enterprise compensation at a global scale. As a Software Engineer on the Data Trust team, you will be building internal and customer-facing tools to ensure a high standard of data quality across our data platform. You will develop automations to make onboarding and integration processes efficient and scalable. You will join Compa’s in-house engineering team and collaborate with the co-founders to build and scale the company and its internal systems. You will have a high level of trust and autonomy to develop core systems and influence the product roadmap. About You You should have 2+ years of experience shipping production-grade software. You want to help make compensation more transparent, fair, and equitable. You have a proven track record of shipping products or systems. You possess pragmatic instincts, focusing on system and user interactions rather than the latest technical trends. You are comfortable working in ambiguous and changing environments. You have a bias for action, transforming ambiguity into concrete steps. You are capable of overcoming obstacles to ship, embracing "done is better than perfect". You are a collaborative problem solver. You seek to realize your potential by engaging with challenging technical and societal problems. Technologies Here’s Our Stack: Django Python React JS TypeScript GraphQL AWS Prior experience with these technologies is a plus but not required. Compensation Range: $120K - $175K Seniority level
